WESTBURY, NY (05/07/2016)(readMedia)– New York’s largest grocery workers union, United Food and Commercial Workers Local 1500, has been in contract negotiations with Pick Quick Key Food Inc., which operates six stores in Brooklyn and Nassau counties. Executive Officer Benjamin Levine is selling his store in Park Slope, Brooklyn for tens of millions of dollars, yet is actively working to take away workers’ pensions, and increase employees shares of medical costs.
